In the absence of the Early Learning Center Worker, the ELC substitute worker assist in implementing childcare programs and assuring that each child is well cared for and safe. Provide routine care for infants and children in an instructional setting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Must be fingerprinted after background check is completed (additional fingerprinting is required for ELC)

Ability to use the online substitute management system

Ability to effectively instruct and communicate both verbal and written formats.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
